Ingredients: For the sauce:; ½ cup low-sodium tamari or soy sauce; ⅓ cup water; 2 Tablespoons rice wine vinegar or white wine vinegar; 1 ½ Tablespoons cornstarch; ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes; For the stir fry:; 2 Tablespoons avocado oil; 2 bell peppers (any color, thinly sliced or 12 mini bell peppers); 8 ounces snow peas (or green beans, sliced in half); 6 green onions (sliced diagonally into thin strips, whites and greens separated); 1- inch piece of ginger (minced (about 2 Tablespoons minced ginger)); 4 cloves garlic (thinly sliced); 1 lb. sirloin steak or NY strip steak* (thinly sliced against the grain); Salt; 2-3 cups cooked brown rice; Garnish: Sesame seeds (if desired)
